Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for workshops and product value propositions. The scope for a Value Prop Project would be gathering input from different stakeholders and developing products that would fit customer needs. For workshops, it would be to allow full participation in the learning event.
  • Provides the big picture
  • Ease of use for user input
  • Sometimes it is difficult to find where the host is focusing.
  • Tools access and being able to navigate
  • Eliminates waste by providing one area for your work
  • Creates greater efficiency and accuracy to present ideas
  • Available at all times.
MIRO was implemented company-wide so I cannot comment on the implementation aspects.
I was not involved in the implementation of MIRO
Philips is a global company. I interface with colleagues in other countries. Miro provides one source for project ideation and communication which does benefit the project. When people are used to using the tool, things move more smoothly and rapidly. Another value is the ability to review work in one place at all times, this saves time.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I am an end user. I am not on the product evaluation side.
Facilitation of large projects where many cross-functional teams may input information at different times. Notifications are sent to all members letting them know new input has been entered and from who. Very helpful in terms of tracking progress and participation. I find it is less effective for workshops and learning events. I have noticed 'new to' MIRO users often struggle to navigate.
