Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I started using Miro about a year ago to help create workflows for a project that I was implementing. I had no idea I was about to find one of my favorite tools of all time! I use Miro for everything! Strategic planning, resource planning, project implementation, workflows, and visualizations for presentations. This tool has TONs of templates to give you examples of how to best use the tool and has simple how-to guides if you need help.
  • workflows
  • resource planning
  • org charts
  • mind maps
  • More templates! I love getting ideas from other people
  • Easier ability to add different sized text within one box
  • Better project planning
  • more productivity
  • long-term strategic planning
Miro was super easy to implement. I first used the free version, but as I started working on more in-depth projects, I began paying for a small team to be able to use the program. Once I paid for the full version, all features were automatically available. I am also able to add users to view only access for free or allow full view for 7 days before deciding if I want to pay for them. Giving us lot s of flexibility.
As stated on the previous question, it was easy to implement because I was able to do it all online and as soon as I paid for premium I had access to all the features.
Prior to us having project management software, we were using Miro to create Gantt charts and workflows. We implemented a fairly integrated project back in July that resulted in needing really detailed workflows. Miro allowed for us to create them and easily update them as we worked through the remainder of the project.

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Some people love Lucidchart, but I have found Miro to be way more adaptable.
I have used Miro for strategic planning for my team. I was able to create an org chart and easily build out scenarios that show possible build outs of the team. I also have used it for every project I have implemented since July. I use it specifically for workflows and help with building my how-to guides.
