Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As Miro blends several different features of different software into one, my organization has been using it for several purposes. Ranging from using a whiteboard to mind mapping to video conferencing and whatnot. It has been a fantastic tool for brainstorming. Real-time update has made collaboration very effective. We also use it for jotting down the ideas that come along during daily meetings. Well, it's a multi-functioning app so it's given.
Pros
- Virtual whiteboard
- Good quality video calling
- Excellent templates
Cons
- Importing things from Powerpoint is hard.
- Moving from left to right is hard especially with the mouse.
- Efficiency was increased
- Effectiveness
- Employee satisfaction was high
In new projects, Miro has been extensively used from the beginning to the end. Starting from mind mapping to brainstorming Miro made coming to a common decision easier. Moving on to executing part, we've been using Miro for team meetings to assess the progress of the new project and also jot down the constructive feedback from our team. Lastly, miro has proven itself helpful even in the end. We use it for controlling where we evaluate if our project has met our expectations or not by having a meeting virtually.
