Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I learned about Miro from my colleague. My work often requires the visualization of various processes in order to easily understand various architectural systems. Usually this is a multi-block and interconnected scheme, it took a lot of time to draw such a scheme in other editors. With Miro it takes 5 minutes, which saves a lot of time.

Pros

  • Thoughtful and user-friendly interface.
  • There is always the opportunity to work together.
  • When changes are made by our customers, it is easy and quick to rebuild schemes.
  • Convenient application for PC.
  • If there is no PC with the application, then there is always the opportunity to log in using the WEB.

Cons

  • Add process direction animation.
  • Add the ability to save an animated scheme.
  • Fully localize all site pages for the specified languages.
  • There is no need for personal meetings to discuss various issues, so less time is spent on these issues.
  • Very easy to make changes at any stage.
The Miro developers have done a very good job. As part of my tasks, there are more than enough opportunities. Rating 10 put when the animation. Although, this is not entirely objective, sorry.
Integration tools are present, updates are fast.
Excellent interaction with developers, testers and technical support of our organization. It is possible to attract a specialist from any department.

I work in the field of security systems, this is a PSIM platform for managing all systems at the facility. At the beginning of the implementation of projects, visualization of the processes of interaction, management, monitoring and architecture of systems is always required. This is necessary for people who do not have a technical mind or do not have sufficient knowledge of security systems and the principles of its construction. Miro allows you to visualize a system of any scale with explanations and interaction diagrams in a matter of minutes. At the moment, I have not found a better solution.
