Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it as a virtual design collaboration tool as well as a strategy and analyst tool.
  • Image rostering.
  • Invite.
  • Sticky notes.
  • Hard to find all draw tools. tend to disappear.
  • Hard to invite clients for 1 time use, especially those with bad computer skills.
  • Starting to get too complicated. Like it simple.
  • Remote collaboration.
  • Not as good as in person.
  • Hard to print out presentation after collaboration session.
I like browser based. Worried that the information isn't available if internet goes down.
It has been vital to our work from home efforts during covid.

Would you buy Miro again?

Better than MURAL. Moves much faster and simplified. Bluebeam Revu is better for scaled drawings and redline markups and collaboration on more technical drawings.
It is good as a dumping ground for information to share. Great templates and easy to organize. Would be great if you can turn off certain tools based on what you are hoping to achieve so it's easier to find the right tools. For instance, if I want to draw it is sometimes very hard to find the draw tool. If I am leading a client through an exercise it would be great if they only had access to specific tools that I dictated to make it easier for them to find/use.
