Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to design digital products. Miro boards help us a lot to facilitate collaboration between team members : UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, data engineers, product owners and project managers in order to accelerate, innovate and create great user experiences.
- User-friendly
- Diversity of templates & frameworks
- Reliable real-time whiteboards to make illustration, brainstorming & training
- Single source of trust that centralizes all documentations of a project in one place
- The capacity to easily integrate with other products, especially Office 365 : Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc. (e.g., a copy/paste to Outlook to quickly share a diagram would be really helpful).
- I cannot upload an image in preview mode when other team members working on the same board.
- By using real-time shared Miro boards, it helps us to reduce project completion time
- Miro helps us to improve productivity, efficiency and especially the product quality
We also use Miro as a whiteboard for virtual meetings.

Evaluating Miro and Competitors
Yes - Miro could potentially replace many documenting, modeling and presentation tools. In our company, Miro is used as a whiteboard for brainstorming and designing products at the beginning of the projects.

We were looking for a tool that helps us to work and collaborate easily in an agile environment. "Agile" was a so a big criteria for us to choose Miro.
No regret with our choice. Miro responds exactly to our expectations.
Miro Implementation
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - At the foundation of the company, we started to integrate Miro early and Miro has quickly become a mandatory tool for every project (after 2 years).
