Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for many task ranging from projects to team meetings. Miro helps tedious tasks come to life. When creating projects the different features from the sticky notes to the embedded links are amazing and helps my projects come life. It makes my project look very presentable and also easy to share with others. As a team we use also use Miro for our team meetings. It helps us gather ideas and information even before our meetings. I truly love Miro. It helps my job become more exciting and engaging while collaborating with others.

  • User friendly - I love the fact that you can hide people's cursor when everyone is collaborating on the same Miro.

  • Give great resources to help you understand how to use it.
  • Reduced Project Completion - ever since we started using Miro teammates are more motivated to complete projects.
  • Improved productivity - with the collaboration tool teammates have been able to collaborate both in real time and near real time.
  • Fun - teammates are having more fun at work which has helped improve the work ethic.
Miro has helped the completion of projects boost up to about 80%. We had once teammate learn Miro and then train the rest of the team how to use it. We also use the learning center to help use learn more about Miro.
It was a little rocky at the start, especially teammates who've never worked with visual tool, but after a few weeks of training and practice the team learned it. Now we don't go a day without using it.
Miro has had a great impact on our team's collaboration. It gives the team the ability to work together at any time from any place. We are a remote team who works in different time zones so having the ability to collaborate at all times is great. It also gives the team visibility into the project which also helps hold those accountable when they aren't contributing to the project.

I feel that Miro is more user-friendly than those products. And Miro has a lot more tools available for a cheaper price. Also the help/learning center has better information than Figma and Adobe XD.
I think Miro is well suited for almost any task. My team started using it for projects and team meetings. Now we've learned that other teams use it, too. Our New Hire onboarding team uses it to document all the information new hires may need. It's a great way to keep all of the information in one place. I'm also thinking of using it for a way to collaborate with customers and have them jot down the big takeaways they receive from my training sessions.
