Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Perfect Solution to keep my organizational chart up to date. I like how easy is to take a board and create different scenarios. I can also invite other people to collaborate and perform changes as needed. The fact that this tool can be used on a computer, tablet, or cellphone is a plus.

Pros

  • East to use and compatible with different devices
  • Collaboration makes work easier, instead of one person doing all the work, we can divide it and complete it faster
  • Templates with ideas help a lot so that we don't have to start from scratch

Cons

  • Having an org chart template with option to add picture
  • Adding more colors, I recently discover how to add a new color
  • Reduced time to complete our operations organizational chart by 70%, this is because we created a board, shared it with all managers and each manager documented their organizational chart, now everybody updates their org chart in real time
Overall the implementation was not complex, the tool is easy to use and all managers understood easily how to use it, we did have a meeting to describe how to use it and when to update their org chart.
We have not integrated Miro with other tools
Miro has helped us to collaborate no matter where we are, we have locations in 3 different areas in Guatemala and 2 different areas in Honduras, and we can collaborate and edit the whiteboard regardless of where we are, it helps us to save a lot of time and avoid scheduling meetings or sending e-mails just to gather information.

In my opinion Miro is easier to use, it is user friendly and you can create much more, Creating an organizational chart was never so easy, I tried the other tools and I like miro more. Even the free version gives you more flexibility than the other tools that I have tested.
Miro is GREAT to create flowcharts and diagrams, I mainly use it to update or make changes in my organizational chart, but I have also used it to create flowcharts and diagrams which were easy to accomplish, I've used other tools but so far my favorite is MIRO. I recommend it if you need to create a Manual, document processes, or policies.
