Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In our company / team we use it for retros in our different teams / units. Also we use it for different brainstorming tasks and for mind maps and things like that. We use the tool at least once a week, some people even use it daily. It helps us to quickly work together one topic without wasting time with finding a tool to share our thoughts.
  • Providing enough space for ideas.
  • Providing different spaces with the zoom in/out feature which are still in the same scope.
  • It works cross-platform.
  • Creating boards should be possible for free users (there is a way, but it's not very obvious if you are in a company group already).
  • Easier way to add emoticons.
  • Being able to enter a name as guest by default.
  • Faster brainstorming.
I never integrated Miro anywhere.
Since we all worked remotely in the past 2-3 years it had a big impact on our daily work since all our normal whiteboards were gone. So Miro was the perfect replacement for that.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy Miro again?

It is very well suited for all kinds of note-taking tasks like brainstorming and mind maps. It is less well suited for things like documentation but users still use it for that which isn't good in my opinion.
