Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We create dynamics to facilitate the Digital Transformation Journey to our customers. These dynamics differ depending on the customer maturity level and needs.

Pros

  • Templates.
  • Chronometer.
  • Show users in the panel and allow to follow them around it.
  • Chat.

Cons

  • When selecting, allow to differentiate by shape type (circle, square...), not only by type of item (shape, post its...).
  • When too many items are created the panel becomes to slow, create a way to reduce the weight of the objects if needed.
  • Right now when you select you can filter by one type of item, allow to select more types at the same time.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Time optimization.
  • Flexibility.
It's really easy to work with, really intuitive and whenever I've recommended it people liked it a lot.
Some people still prefer the presential more hands-on alternative.
That was the best part, during the covid confinement, we could still work together and cooperate thanks to Miro.

Whenever they need to visualize anything, Miro is an amazing tool. Let's say you are working with databases, you want to illustrate to a client how the database relations are going to work but maybe using proper diagrams is too intense for someone with no experience with them. Well, you can always share a Miro and create a less detailed but more visual diagram where you can explain your DB to your client even if you are all on a video call.
