Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro on a daily basis for almost every presentation, for meetings and as a contribution tool. It is a great way to work together as it provides a highly customizable tool set for every one of our needs. We use it for flow charts as well as for quick brainstorming sessions. The best thing about Miro is its accessibility. Unless PowerPoint you really don't need any knowledge about Miro before you can start working with it since it relies on a great UI and UX design.

Pros

  • Outstanding UI and UX.
  • Accessibility.
  • Simultaneous contribution by many coworkers.
  • Great design.

Cons

  • Become less resource-heavy.
  • Provide more fonts.
  • More design options.
  • More engagement in meetings.
  • Great tool for breaking the ice in meetings.
  • It's become the #1 tool for brainstorming and reduces the use of paper by a lot.
It's really easy to use and to use it in online presentation as well. It would be nice though if it would work as part of Microsoft Teams.
It has become our collaboration tool #1 and changed the way we work together on a large scale. Everyone with Miro has access to share his/hers ideas simultaneously, which is really great and a big improvement.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Presentations might not end up looking as nice and flashy and lacking corporate design when compared to PowerPoint. But Miro does everything else a lot better than PowerPoint. It is a great tool for contributing and working together remotely. It's easy to learn and offers much more functions for collaboration than PowerPoint.
Miro is best used as a contribution tool in our cases, since lots of people can use it simultaneously. But I see room for improvement when presenting a presentation in an online meeting. For e.g. weekly presentations the presentation mode is not as good as the ones from competitors.
