Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is the leading tool in our company for brainstorming and problem-solving sessions. For the last two years, we have been working more remotely because of the pandemic and our teams keep on working more internationally and more flexibly than before, for which Miro is a real enabler to keep on collaborating closely within teams and across teams.
  • Workshops
  • Remote collaboration
  • Repsonsiveness
  • More 'facilitator' tools could be implemented
  • Reduced manual effort to process workshop outcome
  • Less 'loss' of information
I wasn't involved in the implementation itself but found it very straightforward and user friendly to use as soon as it became available in our company
We use Miro as an add-on in our Microsoft suite as well. Furthermore, it is easy to link to the Miro board in other documents.
Since we are running a program with +1000 members from across +20 countries, with implementation taking place in 3 countries at this stage, we are dependent on a tool like Miro to work successfully together. We used to run big workshops in person, flying in people from across the globe, while we can have a higher quality output for lower costs thanks to Miro

Miro is the perfect tool for collaboration and workshopping in all different kinds of environments. For us, as a product company, it really helps to hold proper brainstorming sessions with bigger groups. For some longer-running projects we even use it as a long-term repository of charts, drawings, etc
