Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Our company is a great practitioner of scrum, most of the scrum ceremonies are carried over Miro only. We use Miro fortnightly for our scrum retrospective and planning as well. Future business use case or any business use case discussion is also carried over Miro only. Miro really has some good retro templates, which help put points beautifully and you can have a discussion around it as well.
- Good retrospective template.
- Live interaction with team members.
- Use case designing with help of different shapes and drawing options.
- You can add text, shape, video, links and other tools, which helps you discuss anything during a meeting.
- Awesome features but usability is little tough.
- Not very handy for newcomer, you have to search for controls.
- Sometimes touchpad movement is not very fluid, so you will have to use mouse, sometimes mouse has issues then you have to use touchpad.
- In remote time Miro really helps increase productivity.
- Real time update decrease time wastage.
- You can have a big flow diagram which is easy to view, can help plan your future business use case as well, which definitely helps.
Miro’s online whiteboard has really helped us increase productivity especially in this remote working culture. Whether it is having a retrospective where all the users can provide their input in real time. If there is a brainstorming session, Miro is really a good tool to use. So if there is any session that involves real time input and discussion, Miro is 1-stop shop.

Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
2 years back, before corona times, Confluence was 1-stop shop for retrospective. Everything was done on whiteboards as the whole team used to be there in the same room. So when it was being done on Zoom or Teams, it was really not adding up, people use to put their views in chat. So Miro is really far better than any other tool in this area.
