Overall Satisfaction with Miro

With most of our work happening in remote, a collaboration solution like Miro helps us have more productive online meetings. This solution helps improve efficiencies (online collaboration), optimizes project expenses by reducing travel and on a softer side helps resources maintain work-life balance because of reduced travel.
  • Online collaboration.
  • Record-keeping and presentation.
  • Export functionality.
  • Ability to initiate calls on the platform.
  • Enhanced integration with Enterprise Office Tools.
  • Reduction in project travel expenses by 30%.
Better export functions or integration with office products.
Currently, I consider my end deliverable and then decide whether to use Miro for just collaboration or something more.
It has a positive impact on project efficiency and expenses.

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro was selected as my org's collaboration solution. Each of the software listed above has its own pros and cons. Miro stacks up quite well as far as collaboration and whiteboard functions are considered.
If a workshop needs to be conducted for a few hours and the participants are all working in different locations, Miro is well suited for such situations. Additionally, the end product can be easily exported to an unstructured PDF as a deliverable. It is not so well suited when you want to continuously collaborate with remote teams with the prime intent to produce a well-structured deliverable e.g. presentation. In this instance, it is too much work to translate content from Miro to an editable PowerPoint.
