Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for brainstorming new ideas/strategies/designs/journeys, project retrospectives, and collaboration with other teams. Miro helps us tackle the current hybrid working world by allowing us to collaborate within a board over a Zoom call. It's great to have such a convenient visual representation of our thoughts and ideas that we can save and use for project scoping.
  • User interface is easy to navigate.
  • Easily identifiable projects.
  • Template designs.
  • Personal dashboard.
  • Maybe more education around product features for people just beginning to use it for the first time.
  • Actually going to echo the last point, because I do feel like there's so much you can do within Miro but I don't even know the full capabilities within the product because there is so much.
  • Improved collaboration in hybrid/remote environment.
  • Increased productivity and translation of ideas.
I was not here when Miro was initially implemented - though I will say that I wish Miro was more of a go-to for some of our projects. For our team in particular, I think we still gravitate towards some planning brainstorms within Asana so that we can take direct action from those ideas and turn into projects/tasks.
I would like to see some more product education around some of the capabilities and features within Miro - especially for first-time users or users that haven't used the platform in a while.
Having the ability to collaborate on various projects across multiple teams in different areas has been really really helpful! I am a visual person and prefer to see ideas in front of me, so having the option to pull up a Miro board during a Zoom call and work through things is a game changer for working hybrid/remotely.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I think Miro is really filling in a gap for companies who have a staff that's hybrid or remote! Our company is both (and global on top of that) so having "in-person" brainstorms, retrospectives, or presenting anything visual is nearly impossible without spending the money to come together every so often. So I think Miro is great for collaborating within a hybrid/remote environment on a more regular basis! I also really like the idea of using Miro for my own personal brainstorms just to map things out digitally and then be able to share those ideas in a more convenient space.
