Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro was ok. We used it for our dispersed team's quarterly brainstorm session. We liked that we could interface together. Some of the maneuvers were buggy, such as scrolling through large pages, and not all users were able to select/move post-its.
  • Graphics.
  • Setting up large amounts in information.
  • Integrates with video calls well.
  • Buggy.
  • Not all users able to move items.
  • Sign-up process was long for those who had to make accounts during the call.
We didn't like having to create accounts. Most of us didn't have accounts at the time the call started, so we had to try to create accounts quickly while also paying attention to the call.
Sign-up was clunky. The UI was similar to other mediums we've used, so that was good.
Miro was good in this regard; however, it wasn't much different from other remote work options, so ultimately there was little impact.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

No

Would you buy Miro again?

No

I'd say Jamboard is better. Miro can be bigger, but having to scroll through large pages isn't really a bonus, it can be a nuisance. For large group collaboration, Jamboard is probably easier and more intuitive.
Well suited for large groups brainstorming together.

Not well suited for small groups, informational presentations, or groups that don't meet regularly (seems odd that we had to create accounts for something we might only use once).
