Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We do a lot of discoveries here so we use Miro to organize and share the things we learn. Eventually, we also use it to facilitate workshops.

Pros

  • Post-its: I like the easy usage of it. It helps a lot to just write something and then place it wherever I want, with no editing nor issues to attach it to a thing.
  • Flows: I like the easy way to create flow in Miro. The items are easy to create, write, change and, and once they are connected, you can drag them anywhere and the connection will remain.
  • Comments: I like how we can comment on something. It's easy and fast, and when I need to tag someone, that person will receive an email telling them that.

Cons

  • Templates: I love them, but sometimes I forget they exist. Maybe Miro could suggest templates if the user needs them?
  • Images make it slow: sometimes my team just places a lot of images on miro, so the board becomes slow. I don't know if there is something that can be done about it, but it kind of bothers me
  • Board organization: Maybe it's because I and my team are a little clumsy, but I don't like how we can see all the boards. I miss some images to illustrate the board. I know that this is a feature, but I think it only works if the user directly chooses an image to be used as a cover for the project. Maybe we can have an image of the first board used as an identification.
  • Miro helped my team to always have the information we need. We just dump info there and when someone needs it, it's easy to find. Sorry, but no numbers here.
I liked that someone called us and taught us how to use it. Even though I already had the opportunity to use Miro before, I still learned some interesting things.
Without it, we would not have any kind of collaboration projects. It is the best way to co-create and unite teams.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Well suited: to share information, to facilitate workshops, to present something, to create. Less appropriate: to organize information, to draw, to create wireframes.
