Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for remote collaboration, whether this is for individual, teams or wider larger groups. Being distributed as a workforce we have no natural choice but to do this in this way
  • Remote collaboration
  • Templates / building blocks such as story mapping/tables
  • Cards
  • License type (one interaction make you a "paid user") competitors do 3 interactions
  • Team/allocation management i find confusing
  • Hard to measure but greater alignment
  • Increased engagement
The licensing model is a bit confusing and just how you'll migrate from a free/small paid account to an enterprise worries me a bit. Integration with teams/azure AD is there but somewhat confusing to someone like me to help make it as automated as possible to downgrade/remove people
See my previous comment, feels the teams/azure ad requires very specific knowledge, if this could be eased then would make it more appealing
We've made it possible to shift to a much wider implementation of remote working, acorss multiple locatipns and timezones

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I really like MURAL but that's probably more to do with familiarity. Miro and MURAL are very similar but I would say the Miro building blocks/templates are more advanced and faster growing or updated more frequently
It's great for remote collaboration with distributed teams. We've found it excellent for team retroes and other agile events or ceremonies. It's not great where the org insists on everyone needing a license (ie not allowing guests) as people who might use it once ending potentially costing you money
