Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to draw schemas of applications/processes as well as use cases diagrams for our applications. Miro is a very convenient tool for this use case. We use it in a team of 10-15 people.
  • Highly intuitive
  • Unlimited canvas space
  • Great templates
  • Sometimes app is slow to load
  • Confusing to watch changes done by 10+ people at the same time
  • Enhances brainstorming, makes them more productive.
  • Increased visibility of our processes.
I can't really answer this question as I haven't used the integration feature myself. But people who used it, and they said it was pretty easy to set up.
It's not easy to collaborate effectively from remote locations. For me the best improvement was the decrease in our meeting times. Sometimes it's also easier to add your something to a Miro board rather than discuss it one at a time during a call. I feel like when using the board, you get far more comments and ideas out there.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is well suited for brainstorming/in-depth application discussions for team less than 10 maybe 12 people. If I had bigger team I would probably reconsider using Miro as it is very hard to follow changes when 10+ people do them at the same time.
