Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I used it as an Account Manager to track our customer account planning with our extended sales team. We made charts detailing our customer stakeholders, cross-architectural technology opportunities, events, and enablements, among other engagements. Very handy for brainstorming and keeping track of everybody’s tasks and main activities, which is sometimes very hard with an extended engineering team and so many customer counterparts.
  • Brainstorming with team members
  • Organize ideas in visual way
  • Understand dependencies between project elements
  • Smoother way to add design details
  • Easier collaboration amongst people outside organization
  • Reduced project completion time
  • Faster value proposal for customer
  • Organization within internal teams
Miro was easily rolled out by Cisco for all of its employees. It was also integrated very smoothly within our enterprise collaboration tool called Webex, in which you can add a Miro Board while you are speaking on a conference call or phone call. Very practical for collaboration indeed. I highly recommend it.
As mentioned before, it integrates super smoothly within our collaboration tools and allows for easy updating in real-time. I highly appreciate as well the notifications where you see when colleagues make any modifications on a board. Integration with Webex is very useful as well. Frictionless integration, a smooth rollout for me and other colleagues as well.
Miro has highly helped our account team to collaborate on new projects. We can start our idea storming when a problem is very complex, and it allows everybody to chip in and say their point of view on a solution. For remote work, this is perfect instead of sending emails and documents back and forth.

Miro is very well suited for scenarios where you need to collaborate with many people within a team, where you need input from lots of people, and need to gather and organize ideas from brainstorming. It's very easy to have everybody chip in and collaborate together. Maybe not so well suited for people who prefer more freedom in drawing freely and adding different types of sketches.
