Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro once or twice a year during our account review. We use it to plan and collect ideas to improve/manage our relationship with the client and foster ideas to grow the business. As we are a multinational team with people sitting in many different countries, Miro is really useful for working together, replacing the physical whiteboard or paper board we would normally use in face two face meetings. It's pretty handy as we can all write ideas simultaneously and save them in one single place.

Very good impact as we can no longer travel to gather all teams, with the different covid crisis and budget restrictions. Easier to connect teams now from LATAM to ASIA.
