Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My team and I use Miro to collaborate on projects for brand creative direction, including inspiration gathering, concept planning, scripting, storyboarding, presentation, and creative reviews.

Pros

  • Excellent tool for collaborative ideation.
  • The tools for thought organization, notes, and commentary are great.
  • Navigation in the interface is good.

Cons

  • I love that Miro supports the ability to embed video links from youtube and Vimeo, but I would love it even more if it supported .mp4/.mov files from my computer.
  • My team was already using Miro before the pandemic, but throughout the pandemic, Miro proved to be invaluable and helped us stay productive.
I have not integrated Miro with other products.
It has been tremendously helpful, not only for collaborating with my immediate team locally but especially for connecting and collaborating with teammates overseas and in other time zones.

Miro has been tremendously helpful in adjusting to and enabling remote work and collaboration within my team. The real-time functionality makes it a valuable tool for the curation of visual inspiration and rich, live conversation.
