Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have been using Miro, and it has helped me to organize my work teams, for example: Reach agreements. Vote for decisions, Self-organization between teams (where they use the different forms available to create their own space, and they also use the icons to add an identifier), Likewise, it has helped me create diagrams, workflows, and presentations to explain topics to my organization and teams. I can use tables, and better organize my information when I need to make technology comparisons.

Pros

  • Provides frames to divide the information and then present it as if they were slides.
  • Provided a free license with two miros available.
  • Your space is infinite to add elements; there will always be room to add something else.
  • Use mouse scroll to zoom in or out.
  • Provides ways to create colorful, sequenced workflows.
  • Added the function to make a planning and estimate.
  • Have the opportunity to video chat.
  • Put a timer, it's useful to give a time limit when you want to carry out an activity.

Cons

  • Frames can be added by double clicking.
  • The toolbar would be bigger and more explicit of what is what at first sight.
  • Helps teams to provide a self-management.
  • Has access at any time.
  • You can create as much information as you need in a single board.
  • The space to use is infinite.
  • Plus, you can add a password to the board if you want only specific people to have access.
Having implemented Miro in my day-to-day has helped me to... Have my information organized, To have it in one place, and present it in different ways using all the available tools, That my teams always have a place to put their information thanks to the infinite space It has saved time making charts, making decisions, and estimating.
It is very easy to implement, just by accessing from the browser searching for Miro, and one is easily logged in; it can be with email and giving a password, and for free, you can have two boards and access to many useful tools, it can also be logged in with third-party apps, making it even easier.
Absolutely, in fact, all my teams are remote, and it has been the platform that has served us the most; it has saved us a lot of time in finding the information that we present in meetings and that we reach agreements with all members having access, it has been our right arm to get my teams on the right track of everything we agreed.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I have used MURAL, and they are pretty similar. However, I feel that MURAL has fewer tools than Miro since Miro is too complete, and that is why I like to use it more, in addition to the fact that MURAL it is difficult for me to move between the space that I have available for put information, and this is a big reason why I also like more Miro.
Miro is very well suited for organizing teams, reaching agreements, doing sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and creating presentations. In scenarios where it does not work very well, it is because the platform is not very intuitive at first use; however, once the person has learned to use it, it will be very useful to do almost any organizational thing that they need.
