Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It's very easy to share a board with other team members to draw designs, story maps, architecture, etc. I also use Miro to brainstorm design ideas and needs. Finally, we also use it for sprint retros.
Pros
- Brainstorm ideas
- Design/architecture drafts
- Sprint retro
Cons
- It's hard to know the current zoom level, which leads to writing in a way too small/way too big font sometimes
- It's hard to find some type of shapes, it would be nice to be able to filter by use case (ex: uml, etc.)
- Improve productivity
- Improve agility
- Improve visibility
It essentially replaces all the physical whiteboards we used before
