Collab, Real-Time, Multisite and Easy to Use - Thanks Miro.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is a great collaboration tool for brainstorming and organizing thoughts, both virtually and for in-person meetings. Once collaboration rules are set, it works wonders; it allows for real-time work, the addition of information, visual support, etc. It is a great design thinking tool.
Pros
- Real-time and multi-user modifications.
- User experience.
- Support online and in-person modifications.
Cons
- Multi-selection and group-associations.
- Miro improved collaboration tremendously. I wished I had access to it years earlier.
Miro was the perfect tool I did not know existed for the situation created by Covid. Once implemented, it is a tool I would find difficult to grow out of.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Miro is great to use paired with Teams but does the whiteboard thing MUCH better. Its usage is definitely more intuitive and easy to learn than Illustrator and Photoshop, which are also much more limited in terms of real-time collaboration and creative workshop sessions.
