Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great collaboration tool for brainstorming and organizing thoughts, both virtually and for in-person meetings. Once collaboration rules are set, it works wonders; it allows for real-time work, the addition of information, visual support, etc. It is a great design thinking tool.

Pros

  • Real-time and multi-user modifications.
  • User experience.
  • Support online and in-person modifications.

Cons

  • Multi-selection and group-associations.
  • Miro improved collaboration tremendously. I wished I had access to it years earlier.
I did not integrate Miro with any other product.
Miro was the perfect tool I did not know existed for the situation created by Covid. Once implemented, it is a tool I would find difficult to grow out of.

Yes

Miro is great to use paired with Teams but does the whiteboard thing MUCH better. Its usage is definitely more intuitive and easy to learn than Illustrator and Photoshop, which are also much more limited in terms of real-time collaboration and creative workshop sessions.
Miro is great for brain-storming; it will allow you to take one session and transform it into a follow-up tool in the long term. It is not a management tool however and when things grow out of scale, it can become this huge pile of post-its.
