Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro every day to prepare content for meetings that I share with company colleagues and direct reports. Any kind of content, like diagrams, live data coming from other sources (Jira), or project tracking. I love the collaboration feature where others can also add content before, during, or after the meetings. This is definitely the board I need, and I use. Having it also available on iPadOS is good as I can use it on the go.

  • Integrations

Cons

  • Export to some other formats.
  • Import from different sources.
  • Better collaboration.
  • Sharing in real time.
In some cases, it's a bit complex to integrate due to permissions across systems.
Definitely, as we are a multiloculated company with users across the globe.

Miro is well suited for meetings, taking notes on a board that is presented, update during meetings (live update). It is maybe less suitable if you pretend to use it as a Static Presentations tool, like MS PowerPoint.
