Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Brainstorming, ideation, planning, sharing ideas, etc. Typically focus on re-designing old, legacy applications/websites (that are both internal and external) and refreshing them to be up to par with current UX design practices.

Pros

  • Sharing ideas with others.
  • Ideation/brainstorming.
  • Visual component to workflow.
  • Planning/organization.

Cons

  • Struggle with browser use for those who don't commit to downloading desktop app.
  • Drawing with pen on a trackpad.
  • Organization saves a lot of time.
  • Improved productivity.
N/A have never integrated Miro with other products
Since we're all virtual, it makes it very easy to have one place to go to throw down ideas or plan outflows. And since it's easy to share, it makes collaboration so much easier.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Great for UX design challenges during interviews. Great for planning out a workflow. Great for visuals that you want to share with a team and can consolidate all visuals on one easy-to-use platform. Not so great for presenting to leadership; usually, use it as a whiteboard and not as something to present.
