Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our team uses Miro mainly for brainstorming and planning. It could be for planning quarterly objectives, roadmapping something, drawing up logical models of data diagrams (like how the tables connect with each other). We also use Miro for Sprint retros (there is a template we found online).
  • our team loves using the timer and putting on background music!
  • lots of visuals and colours
  • very easy to collaborate with the team. you can follow cursors, post it notes, etc.
  • overall - really easy to do async work with Miro.
  • would like to see more music choices (as much as i love chill beats)
  • its hard to control the sizes of items on the board esp. when there are many people working on it. someone might make a massive table but another person next to it makes a super small sticky note. etc.
  • positive: easy collaboration - improved productivity
Miro was used prior to me starting at my company so unsure about implementation.
i can't skip this question
our team is fully remote, and as a global organisation, there is a need to async easily and work together online.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

I've only used Whiteboard in MS Teams. It's horrible - small, limited functionality, and very importantly - it's slow and laggy.
very well suited for our quarterly planning sessions where all of us could collaborate easily.
