We use Miro frequently as a way to communicate ideas and information between teammates. It works as an awesome brainstorming tool for pilots and employee surveys where we can anonymously jot down ways to improve processes and employee satisfaction.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Brainstorming boards utilizing the sticky note feature.
Provides a space to keep all CFE and IDP forms for mid and yearly reviews.
Effective communication across teammates during pilots, a good way to communicate improvements.

Cons

I have been having issues with the desktop app, I have never been able to open it and use it functionally. I normally have to default to the web browser.

Improved productivity by having a board teammates can reference if they have questions about a product they are working on.

Miro has been fun for ice breaking and team building exercises as well. I truthfully can't name a scenario where is hasn't suited me or my team.
