Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our organization uses Miro for several use cases. Most frequently we leverage Miro for PI Planning Events and identifying cross-functional dependencies. We transitioned to Miro during the pandemic when our whole workforce had to do this exercise remotely with over 50 people on some projects. It helped pull in our offshore folks, which is why we continue using it today.
  • Templates to kickstart planning and brainstorming sessions. These save us a on of time!
  • Functionality to support the planning process and make it more streamlined
  • Having everything in one organized location
  • a few more design options would be nice
  • quick sharing for spur of the moment brainstorming
  • quick template options when you login or start a new board, like Microsoft products recommend templates to get you started
  • Quicker Planning
  • Global reach for our offshore partners
  • One location for information
We are in the process of integrating with Rally. I'm exited to see what this will bring.
We are able to pull in our global resources and keep everyone in alignment with our Strategic and Project goals. Everyone on the cross-functional teams get to weigh-in in this one location versus having to host numerous, expensive meetings. Dependencies can be captured and addressed on the screen with folk in the meeting or for those who need to prep for or review after the event.

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is far better, with an extensive feature list and is much easier to use. I love that you can keep the boards, link to them, and use them for as long as you need and they do not disappear into a hard to find place after a meeting takes place.
Large Planning Events, Storyboarding, Product Modeling, or Brainstorming sessions.
