Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Since is a company with different offices across the world. We like to use miro as a way to connect and share ideas and redlines.

Since the pandemic we have been using it to share information, diagrams and plans with clients, consultants, team members, it is easy for marking up.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Allows to update PDF and images
Drawn and marking up
Comment and easy for live sessions

Cons

Measurements tools or adding scales
Would like to change the pan and zoom in and out, can be confusing when using other programs

We have too few licenses so not everyone has full access to all features

MURAL

I personally prefer MIRO, my major problem is that canvas can be limitated

Likelihood to Recommend

I would say is it easy when you’re on a concepts stage and you want to share and give feedback.
I can be confusing for some clients and consultants, so it makes it a little harder sometimes.
Being that is a big canvas it allows for a lot of space for brainstorming and keep old progress simultaneously
