Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Due to Covid we were all sent home to work, we needed a tool where we could collaborate digitally from home. We purchased Miro and it hasn't let us down. We able to conduct meetings, brainstorm, plan and manage projects through the tool. Its been invaluable. There has been a good take up across other service areas wanting to the use the tool once they had been in one of our workshops using it, the licencing is really flexible where we can manage it ourselves.
  • Collaborating
  • Virtual meetings.
  • Allowing everyone to put their post its on.
  • Loads up slower the more things you have on the board.
  • Sometimes cant select the item you need too and it selects something nearby.
  • Reduce need for face to face meetings.
  • Collaborating in the same space.
Had no issues, was using the free trial, and it converted over with no problems.
skip - haven't integrated it.
Yes, it has enabled us to do meeting around project work, run workshops, user research sessions, and prototyping without the need to meet face to face. Everyone engaging in the same space on a board with a hybrid approach to meetings is also beneficial to save people from having to travel to work.

Navisite Productivity and Collaboration (Microsoft Office 365 and MDM)
When collaborating on projects virtually and face to face wanting engagement from people who aren't comfortable speaking in big groups, able to post their thoughts/ideas great for user research interviews instead of using paper post it, easy then to infinite sort and theme without the need of a wall in the office.
