Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Miro to do LESS. So on Miro we have our refinements boards and the whole backlog tree.
We also have a Miro for our sprint retrospectives.
Every planning we go over the tree together to say which team will pick what up and during each refinement, we all work on the refinement board. Miro is handy because we can work with mutliple people on it.

I still think that we are using Miro wrongly for the backlog but for refinements it's a good tool

Likelihood to Recommend

Miro is great if you want to collaborate with multiple people on something and you can't all meet up physically.
Everybody can easily add or change things although you just need to make sure that some important items are not accidentally deleted by someone.
For the backlog management it's not really that great. It has no archive like function so if you want a history you would need to make a new board and copy things to there
