Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to create roadmaps, and timelines, do retrospectives and collaborate in real time.
Product resolves the problem of a convenient tool for creating visuals of any size, leading to a better understanding of the problem/design/task and resolving it faster. We use different templates to boost project management, product development, and scrum ceremonies.

Pros

  • Visualise any business process
  • Collect feedback from the team in realtime
  • Comment & discuss concrete parts of the visual, not the full one

Cons

  • Sometimes there is no precise template and I need to create one
  • Add more collaboration features
  • Increased the clarity and transperancy
  • Improved communication inside the team
  • Team can solve more creative tasks
It was easy to explain and integrate inside the development process and to the Demos.

The Miro is well suited if you want to create a visual of any type - business process, retro, etc. I think it's less appropriate to manage teams or keep notes there. It's an excellent place to collaborate/brainstorm and move all findings to the other tool, but it's hard to keep everything there and manage the process.
