Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in any case, where collaboration on different topics is required. It offers a perfect white space, where is no limit in creativity to create different things. I use it especially in Innovation projects. You could also include PDF/Powerpoint/etc., Images, Websites, etc. You see, the possibilities are almost unlimited.

Pros

  • Huge white spot
  • Integration of different programs
  • Collaboration with team mates at the same time

Cons

  • When board gets too big, it slows down
  • Timer music is a little boring
  • There should be blocked spaces, which noone but the admin can use
  • Easyer collaboration on same topics with colleagues
  • Time and cost savings in contrast to other tools
  • Information/Knowledge platform, wher onboarding is much easier
I was not involved in integrating Miro. I was asked to skip the question, but it was not possible...
The collaboration is the thing, which worked much better after implementing Miro. It was now possible to share ideas and ways of working directly on Miro and it was like we were sitting in the same room, next to a flipchart where ideas could be stored. We use it in almost any case now.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is the perfect tool, if you want to collaborate at the same time with your team in a huge with wall. It is therefore perfect for workshops - the results are then automatically saved and backuped. It's not that good if you want to create a huge team spot, which is growing limitless, as Miro gets slower, everytime it gets bigger.
