Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro at almost every meeting for remote collaboration with the team. We usually scribble down all our ideas, do retrospectives, even play team games on Miro boards. The biggest solution Miro gives is ability to collaborate and the ability to have a digital record of the whiteboard sessions, which would ideally get lost on a physical board and wont be as collaborative.
Pros
- Whiteboard sessions
- Use case templates around various types of collaborative topics
- Ability to have Agile workflows
- Various types of prototyping and wireframing
Cons
- Performance some times lags when there's a lot of people collaborating and if the board has lot of images
- Collaborating in a remote setup has improved by an unquantifiable percentage
- Definitely improved our overall productivity
- There is a learning curve but once you're past the basics you can get things done or relying on pre built templates also helps
For sure, this is the most important thing in Miro we use almost every day for our standups, retros, 1-1 meetings.
