Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro at almost every meeting for remote collaboration with the team. We usually scribble down all our ideas, do retrospectives, even play team games on Miro boards. The biggest solution Miro gives is ability to collaborate and the ability to have a digital record of the whiteboard sessions, which would ideally get lost on a physical board and wont be as collaborative.

Pros

  • Whiteboard sessions
  • Use case templates around various types of collaborative topics
  • Ability to have Agile workflows
  • Various types of prototyping and wireframing

Cons

  • Performance some times lags when there's a lot of people collaborating and if the board has lot of images
  • Collaborating in a remote setup has improved by an unquantifiable percentage
  • Definitely improved our overall productivity
  • There is a learning curve but once you're past the basics you can get things done or relying on pre built templates also helps
Not involved in integration
For sure, this is the most important thing in Miro we use almost every day for our standups, retros, 1-1 meetings.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Building Agile workflows, Kanban boards. Creating our own templates for eg. we do it for our retrospectives and taking internal feedbacks, ability to structure words, thoughts in a good way helps us with more clarity on topics being discussed. We have stopped using trello boards and now rely solely on Miro, we dont use any other prototyping tool at the moment in our team, we have even designed our marketing website inside Miro.
