Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Usually, I use Miro to run design thinking workshops and to run UX audits on software. Also, I'm using Miro to build and run my backlog.

Pros

  • User journeys.
  • Backlog monitoring.
  • Remote workshops.

Cons

  • Let users select the post-it colours.
  • Stop all interactions when the timer is up.
  • Allow to import personal stickers.
  • It allowed for us to keep working as a team during the world pandemic saving up to 8h with email communications.
  • Once you have a template in place Miro can save up to 3 business days when preparing a workshop.
It's relatively easy to integrate Miro with our tech stack trough the use of plugins and/or add-ons.
Miro was a lifesaver when the pandemic hit the world. It did allow us to keep having creative workshops with a full remote team.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It's more user friendly and it has a lower learning curve!
Miro handles remote workshops very well, and it's flexible enough to accommodate most of our company's needs. Miro could improve the remote workshops by disabling all user interactions when the timer is up (the next 30sec).
