Overall Satisfaction with Miro

When digital meetings started to play an increasingly important role due to the pandemic and home office, we started to use Miro intensively. It helped us to digitalize the previous collaboration and to maintain a good team spirit. Since then, I have used it primarily for internal and external workshops, brainstorming sessions, and for organizing projects.

Pros

  • User friendly interface/great usability.
  • Helpful features like countdowns or votings.
  • Easy collaboration with external partners/clients.

Cons

  • Loading time can be an issue when board contains a lot of elements.
  • More workshop templates would be great.
  • Higher client satisfaction.
  • More efficiency within the project team.

Miro has positively influenced our collaboration with colleagues; it gives you the feeling of managing a task or project as a team which strengthens the team spirit and empowers people. Moreover, it also stimulates the flow of ideas and promotes creativity. We use it in our agency across different entities, locations, and countries.

Yes

I really enjoy using Miro for workshops, brainstorming, and review sessions. Especially when collaborating with a large team, it helps to structure thoughts, ideas, and wishes as well as to visualize connections/correlations. There are plenty of helpful tools to structure and facilitate meetings (e.g., votings, timers). All in all, it is a wonderful tool that allows collaborative and creative work - even in times of remote work.
