Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it to help brainstorm ideas, plan out projects, and help organize my priorities. I like the templates to give me ideas but I usually create my own to suit the problem I'm trying to solve. I like to use the mind mapping and timelines templates when project planning.

Pros

  • Flexible mind mapping.
  • Providing templates.
  • Allowing for collaboration.

Cons

  • Templates very targeted towards sales environments.
  • Improved project planning.
  • Improved engagement with external project teams.
I have not integrated Miro with other products so cannot comment.
Miro has been useful for use in projects that involve external collaborators from a variety of organizations.

Miro is good for Brainstorming and workshopping with others. Simulating a whiteboard in an online meeting environment. Organizing your own thoughts and planning projects. Quickly getting thoughts out and then organizing them later. Miro is less good for meetings with members that are less tech-savvy.
