Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro has been widely used in the organization as this is the best tool that can be used with all the processes and governance in place whilst following the SAFe methodology. It helps with PI planning, Retrospectives, Sprint/PI demos, and a lot more and collaboration just becomes a lot more efficient with this tool. I will be using it regularly and will advocate for anyone else as well to use Miro so we can leverage the right set of tools/widgets/technology for work.
- Retrospective board setup.
- Swimlane diagrams.
- Cross team collaboration.
- Speed and performance of board which has a lot of information/content in it.
- Great collaboration.
- Increased transparency in planning for delivery.
It's improved the efficiency in which the team works due to increased collaboration in the tool.
