Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We often use Miro for interactive workshops that are being held hybrid (in person and virtual) or completely remote. By using a number of inbuilt templates or creating our own boards we are able to collect feedback from our people, brainstorm ideas for new projects/initiatives, and rank/rate options that we are presenting to our people.
Pros
- In built templates with examples of how template has been used.
- Collaboration on the one board at the one time in real time.
- Variety of export options.
- Ability to share with people across the organisation and grant various access levels.
Cons
- Further templates.
- Broader range of emojis or reaction symbols to help make it more visual.
- Wider colour palette or option to import company's colour palette.
- Improved collaboration.
- Kept people engaged in virtual setting.
- Quicker ability to capture feedback and report back to the business.
Has greatly enhanced ability to collaborate when working remotely or in a hybrid operating system. Projects can continue without being stalled by waiting for everyone to be able to come together in one location at the exact same time. Seeing others' views allowed for better conversation as people previously held back when they had to unmute and verbally say their thoughts, whereas being able to write thoughts, we get a better response/participation rate.
