Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We're using it mainly for brainstorming/finding new design ideas. But also for visual planning, easy to edit for a collaboration.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Focus together on the same subject.
Interactive brainstorm (timer, edit all together on the same Miro board).
A lot of different templates to start quickly.

Cons

Lock edits to avoid chaotic meeting - it's working but we can improve it.
Group objects together doesn't work if they are in a table.
Copy pastes don't keep the layers order (which one is upfront, etc.).

Return on Investment

With the WFH situation, it's helping a lot on the productivity.
It's a bit hard the first times to be really efficient with it for everyone.

Ease of Integration

Very easy to integrate inside confluence pages, and pretty straightforward.

Collaboration

As mentioned before, the impact is very high with the WFH situation; I can't imagine working without it now.
