Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I usually use Miro for brainstorming sessions, planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and for visualizing some stuff.

Pros

  • Pre filled(explained) frames are really cool. Designs of frames.
  • liked the idea of beta version of Smart Meetings.
  • Onboarding videos.

Cons

  • Speed of Miro. When there are too many frames, really hard to use.
  • Updates - notifications, if you even already read them you need to mark as Read.
  • After voting you need to wait to long to get results.
  • Too many default boards in Teams like TEAM PLAN CORE FEATURES. It's confuses.
  • Improved productivity - the meetings can be facilitated and moderated in a super effective way thanks to MIRO.
We can easily be on the same page using Miro in meetings considering that all team members work online.

Miro is perfect for Retrospective if we don't take into account the speed. The estimation feature could be improved. It's difficult to understand how it works. Need auto to reveal once everybody estimated the same card.
