Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro enables me to think and visually map ideas and seek contributions. Some of these are just text, sometimes links to plans from other teams and managers. Miro can absorb all of it and arrange it nicely. It also enables copying and pasting from excel in the form of sticky notes. That's amazing when I am trying to consolidate large planning matrices. It makes it possible to restructure a product project scope and have the big picture before start developing. It also makes it easy to align requirements between teams and users and flag any unclear points before starting the project.
- It allows me to easily create great product boards and shape MVP´s dashboards.
- Find it quite useful to use a color code in my notes and easily share them with stakeholders to be aligned while I can receive feedback through the comments.
- I love the sticky notes to build the customer journey, epics, and stories titles so I can place together the whole scope of the project in just one view.
- I sometimes believe the panel of tools is not as easy to use; sometimes, I select an option (text, sticky note, icons, arrows, etc.), but then the system is not picking up my choice, so I need to repeat it.
- Something that bothers me is that I can not copy and paste with the mouse, and I need to go with control v.
- Sometimes it can be harder to find a specific tool you'd like to use, but with a quick look on google, you will easily find it again and never forget. Most things are straightforward, though.
- I love the ability of Miro to integrate notes, visuals/images, and the addition of lines/shapes into one platform. Before, I would use the very choppy built-in photo editor on my laptop in order to create visuals for an explanation, but now I am able to build and share visuals all from the same platform. This is most helpful when troubleshooting bugs, allowing us to share information across people and time as a form of visual documentation.

Real-time sharing of cursors and live editing is much more engaging and performant than a screen share.
