Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I utilize miro to host online interactive workshops with dozens of my clients working simultaneously. Our goal is to have them collaborate on an idea-gathering session. Usually, we request them to fill post-it papers with their ideas and place them on a prioritization matrix or user journey. After we finished brainstorming, we discuss in groups of the cards in the matrix make sense and reorganized as necessary.
Pros
- Allows collaboration among multiple people.
- Great design.
- Works seamless.
- Cool extra functions ie timing and music.
Cons
- Improve the way to export it to excel, this is a must.
- Translate to Portuguese.
- Create ready made tutorials to be used for training with external users.
- Improved client experience.
- Reduced friction of hosting online collaboration sessions.
- Reduced time to create beautiful collaboration whiteboards.
Miro hás enables my organization to host both fully online workshops as well as hybrid workshops in which half of the users are online and the other in person, both to brainstorm around the same frame structure and achieve similar results.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Miro has very specific tools that sit between design and real-time collaboration. All the software above allow this somehow, but the sophistication of miro around design (which isn’t the goal of the other software) places it in a special competitive position.
