Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is the major collaboration and planning tool within the department I work in.
  • Planning
  • Collaboration within across a team working from home.
  • Process mapping.
  • If you could copy a table from Miro to Excel easily that would be great.
  • Made it easier to collaborate with colleagues at home.
  • Made organising and recording large amount of information easier within a team.
  • Broke down some barriers to information sharing.
It has been very useful, like I said before with everyone working from home it has meant across team collaboration has not required colleagues to all be in the office or one location.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Has more features than Visio, but for process mapping alone, I would say Visio has the edge. However, seeing as that is the USP of Visio I would expect that.
Well suited: for process mapping as an alternative to Visio and for collaborating across business areas, especially while working at home. I would say it's not so much suited for managing requirements within software development, although I get that isn't necessarily the aim of Miro.
