Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I do solution architecture in the Azure cloud environment; I use Miro to record the architecture diagram which we used on Visio. I also use it for process creation, brainstorming, collaboration, etc.
  • On-line
  • Real-time collaboration.
  • Plentiful template.
  • The search function in Shape is not powerful; for example, search Azure Storage Account; it is there but can't find anything.
  • When you only share a board without allowing it in the team, you can't find this board anywhere within Miro unless you copy and paste the exact address. Is it possible to have a shared board in one centralized location to find without copying the address?
  • Clear communication by diagram, improve productivity.
  • Avoid different versions of diagram.
  • Better diagram centralized storage.
We expected to have clear communication and real-time collaboration and avoid different version diagram documents in different staff.
It reduced my time to explain in detail without any real-time diagram tool and keep as one version within or outside teams.

I think I like Miro better because it is a real-time collaboration tool, and it can hold only one version; it is a good tool to centralize the document by the team, project, and board concept.
Azure Analysis Services, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure SQL Database, Anaconda, Navisite Productivity and Collaboration (Microsoft Office 365 and MDM)
I think it is Well suited: 1. real-time collaboration when you have meetings 2. document diagram, including architecture diagram, process diagram, etc. 3. Miro, can replace any desktop version tools such as Visio to make it online and share right away. I don't recommend Miro to be used as a tool to show sprint meetings, such as designing an agile board in Miro.
