Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great tool, especially for the Marketing team; we have been using Miro religiously for a long time. I'm in a Business of Building products that helps small businesses and startups, and so we have a lot of mind mapping, data analyzing, and creative work into play. And that's where Miro comes into play, the tool is simple to use, effective, and at the same time, it saves a lot of hassle. Most of the team have hand on experience, and the ease of using MIRO is one of its best features. We use it for making flowcharts and designing pathways for better internal understanding. Sharing it within the team, and collaborating with different departments makes life easier too.

The initial implantation of Miro was much more simple than we thought. For a long time, our team has been looking for ways to collaborate online and work together with the same tool. That's when we found Miro; it was cost-effective and, for a small team like ours, helped in conveying the project easily to the team. For the team, it was easy to work on the tool as well, as it was handy and super simple to work with.
It was absolutely simple, sharing within the team, making client boards, and working with them on teams. Miro boards were easy to share and were effective at the time of presentation or presenting it to the client and their meetings. The team didn't have any initial problem with integrating Miro into their daily work life.
My company completely works from home/has a remote working setting. So, collaborating with the team online can become a bit tricky, but we overcame the struggle with Miro integration. With multiple whiteboards, client boards, we could easily divide the team within the tool and collaborate and overlook the team's progress at the same place with moving or switching different apps.

Being an Ambassador, MIRO plays an important role as it helps to communicate a project in a much simpler way to the internal team. The entire team can collaborate, share ideas, and iterate in one single place without the need to jump on countless calls. So, the tool helps in saving time. I have been using Miro you make mapping for website flow, user experience charts, and much more.
