Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been a fantastic tool to lean into for virtual collaboration, brainstorming, and co-design. On our team, we use Miro for independent work such as synthesis and idea generation. We also use it to facilitate brainstorming sessions with a group of internal stakeholders. Other times, we may use Miro with external customers and lead co-creation sessions where we would collaboratively design an experience together.
  • Brainstorms
  • Collaboration
  • Visual board
  • Ability to temporarily share board with external user (like FigJam).
  • Ability open multiple boards at once within a single view.
  • More templates!
  • Improved productivity of our team during a time when much of our work had to transition to remote!
It has greatly benefited our team's ability to collaborate remotely. However, I wish it's easier to give others permission and access to my boards.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I was more familiar at the time with Miro than with the other tools. Miro also has more features and capabilities than Google Jamboard.
Miro is well-suited for internal brainstorming and virtual collaboration. It's a place to store temporary or in-progress ideas and work. It's less suited for designers and sharing externally with others.
