Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We used miro mostly (the primary use case at least for me) as a training tool for various courses provided by the company; it served as a great tool to visualize and cooperate on tasks with even huge masses of people. It was not on day to day basis, but for example, during onboarding, we used miro for almost all of the training.
  • Coordinates people.
  • Helps visualize things.
  • Makes cooperating easier.
  • Occasional lags.
  • Make UI easier for newcomers.
  • Create special breakout rooms.
  • Reduced confusion.
  • Improved understanding of things.
  • Reduced time spent on problems.
It was the main thing why we used miro. As most of the companies during lockdown worked from home, it served as a great tool for collaboration and avoiding confusion and reducing time spent on courses when learning or as well reduced hours spent being stuck on certain issues as it helped visualize things better.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I have not used any other products; I simply knew about Miro because my company was using it and I heard about it before, which means it is probably, to a certain extent, dominant on the market and used by a lot of people due to serving its purpose brilliantly and with ease.
When you have a certain set of problems that can be visualized and tackled, it helps people a lot to see it on a whiteboard and decide how to solve those problems with Miros visualizing help. It is less appropriate when a lot of people use it at one time; it defeats the purpose and lags a lot.
